Responsibilities Key DeliverablesAs a Manager of Process Engineering at Mahindra Mahindra Ltd in the Manufacturing Division you will play a critical role in driving process improvement and efficiency within the Farm Division Your key responsibilities will include Leading and managing a team of process engineers to ensure production processes are optimized for maximum efficiency Developing and implementing strategies to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce waste Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes Providing technical expertise and support to production teams to resolve process-related issues Monitoring key performance indicators to track process performance and identify areas for improvement Preferred IndustriesManufacturingEducation QualificationTo excel in this role you are required to possess the following education qualifications Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering General ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry with a focus on Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Critical experience includes 3 to 4 years of experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence Experience in implementing Lean manufacturing principles Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Critical ExperienceIn addition to the general experience requirements critical experience for this role includes demonstrable proficiency in the following Mahindra Leadership Competencies Strategic Business Orientation Business Perspective Leadership through Sustainability Stakeholder Focus Result Orientation with Execution Excellence Effective Project Management Weaving Passion and Energy at Work Working without Barriers System Generated Core SkillsSystem Generated Secondary Skills
