Responsibilities - Drive product strategy and execution for offerings in various healthcare products. Continuously analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitor activity to enhance product features and improve the user experience. - Define and track key growth metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Implement strategies to reduce customer churn and improve user engagement across all product offerings. - Work closely with business stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements through product solutions. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align product initiatives with overall business goals. - Lead the integration and adoption of internal tools for improving customer interaction and ensure seamless functionality across teams. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of technology in customer engagement. - Collaborate with external partners to leverage synergies and integrate their offerings seamlessly into the platform. Manage relationships with partners and ensure value delivery through product integrations. - Use analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. - Present insights and recommendations to leadership for data-backed decision-making. What you’ll need - 6+ years of experience in product management, or 8+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in a technical role. - Proven ability to conceptualize and manage products across their lifecycle, from ideation to execution. - Experience with customer-facing tools, internal workflow solutions, and third-party integrations. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements. - Proficiency in using data visualization and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PowerBI, or Tableau. - Understanding of APIs, data flows, and technology stacks to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. - Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align cross-functional teams. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a user-first approach. - Experience in optimizing workflows and improving operational processes for business stakeholders. Familiarity with tools like Exotel, CRM systems, and customer engagement platforms. - Track record of working on growth initiatives and improving customer retention metrics. Ability to innovate and experiment with strategies to drive business growth. - Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, or tech-based consumer products is a plus.
