Role & Responsibilities Responsibility: Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via voice channels, resolving issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. Issue Resolution: Manage and de-escalate customer complaints, providing effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT). Product Support: Provide accurate product information and technical assistance to international clients. Process Improvement: Monitor recurring customer feedback and collaborate with management to suggest improvements for service delivery. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Documentation: Maintain precise customer records and interaction logs within the CRM system.
