Role & responsibilities:

- Identifying New Markets, must work towards attracting new customers and generating leads through local activities like organizing canopy activities/leaflet distribution/cold calling and etc.
- To deliver a high-quality client service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to enhance product sales and new client growth targets.
- Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and new client growth targets.
- Evaluate customer profiles and assess eligibility for LAP.
- Collect and verify necessary documents, including property and income proofs.
- Coordinate with credit teams for sanctioning loans and ensure compliance with underwriting policies.
- Provide end-to-end support to customers, ensuring smooth processing of their loans.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates should have minimum 6 months of experience in handling HL & LAP Sales.

Male Candidates Preferable.
