Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming and managing guest experiences, handling inquiries, maintaining high standards of customer service, and performing front-office and guests data management duties. The role also entails addressing guest needs, facilitating preferences, and supporting sales efforts to ensure exceptional experiences and satisfaction for every guest. The candidate will act as a pivotal point of communication between the guests and the company. Qualifications - Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience for all guests. - Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of guests and resolve any concerns or requests. - Experience in Sales and the ability to promote services, generate opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. - Competence in handling Receptionist Duties, including managing reservations, answering queries, and maintaining records. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment while delivering consistent and high-quality service. - Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous. Salary - CTC 480,000 per annum - Joining immediately
