Customer Onboarding Specialist

Job Description Location: Chennai Shift: 6pm-3am Roles and Responsibilities - Previous experience with B2B SaaS products, APIs, or system integrations is a must - Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. - Document business processes, use cases, and customer scenarios; create clear documentation of functional requirements and implementation tasks to meet customer needs. - Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements that are easily understood by the engineering team. - Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide clear direction to the engineering team. - Provide guidance and best practices to customers to help them maximize value from our products and services. - Act as a bridge between customers, product management, and engineering to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables. - Assist in solution design by analyzing customer workflows and recommending process improvements. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where product functionality may need to be enhanced or configured to meet customer requirements. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating customer scenarios. - Track, analyze, and report on customer requirements to inform product enhancements and future roadmap discussions. Qualifications - 35 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in customer-facing roles such as engagement, implementation, or onboarding. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. - Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. - Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Logical and efficient with keen attention to detail. - Can work with project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects) and CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot). - Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools such as MS Excel, Confluence, or similar.
