Junior Counsellor

Position Summary A Front Office Executive cum Jr Counsellor is responsible for handling the front desk duties and converting the tele enquiries into visits and visits to admission The primary focus is to engage customers on the call and provide them with information about the various courses we are offering ultimately convincing them to purchase the course Additionally will handle front desk responsibilities including welcoming visitors addressing inquiries and managing administrative tasks Primary Duties and Responsibilities Achieve required conversion 70 for H P 60 for rest all ratio from Tele to visit enquiry Engage with leads and follow up on inquiries Effective Tele-Calling Handling CRM Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately Arranging maintenance visits and logging the duration thereof Receive direct and relay telephone messages Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers Letters Respond to public inquiries Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings conferences and conference telephone calls Counseling Secondary Duties and Responsibilities Proper maintenance of all the allotted registers Responsible for daily cleaning and general maintenance of the office Updating notice board on everyday basis Updating the students about any kind of new happening and development in the courses so that the student is informed time to time about any kind of information relating to any new courses Perform all the assigned tasks Key Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Phone Etiquettes Listening Skills Sales Skills Customer Handling Skills Regional Language Proficiency Good computer proficiency MS Office Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Leave encashment Work Location In person
