Job description Develop a thorough understanding of MyPeegu s processes services and protocols to deliver expert psychological services to partner schools including counseling workshops assessments and stakeholder engagement Design implement and manage interventions for parents teachers and students to enhance psychological well-being and performance across school communities Lead program creation execution and evaluation to ensure alignment with best practices and organizational objectives Maintain accurate records and documentation of services supporting assessments and ensuring high standards Mentor and supervise junior psychologists interns and coordinators to foster growth and enhance service delivery Conduct and oversee psychological assessments provide feedback and ensure ethical standards are met Organize professional development sessions and create resources such as workshops presentations and toolkits tailored to stakeholder needs Contribute to research projects publications and innovative ideas to enhance MyPeegu s influence and digital presence Reporting Supervision Reports to Associate Senior Associate Psychologist Supervises Junior Psychologists Interns and Coordinators Required Skills Expertise Strong knowledge of psychology and child development with the ability to translate concepts into impactful interventions Research expertise with experience in data analysis and methodology Proven leadership and team supervision skills to ensure consistent service quality Excellent communication organizational and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like Canva for presentations and reports Effective crisis management and stakeholder relationship-building skills Relevant Experience 2-3 years Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 37 000 00 per month Job Type Full-time Pay 21 926 67 - 41 672 36 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Work Location In person
