Role - Growth & Platform Executive
Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore
Budget - 3.5 LPA Fixed
About the Role:
Were looking for a Growth & Platform Executive who can make our influencer marketing platform run smoother and grow faster. This is not just another ops role, youll be the person who keeps campaigns flowing into the app, ensures our Hire Influencers Directly feature delivers value, and builds relationships with marketers who trust us to solve their influencer needs.
What Youll Actually Do (Day-to-Day):
- Ensure influencer marketing campaigns are uploaded and published on our app accurately using internal tools.
- Run point on our Hire Influencers Directly feature: deliver creator lists to marketers, ensure no gaps, and make this feature a reason they come back.
- Call up marketers who post deals on our app themselves, check if their requirements are being met, close the loop, and turn them into repeat users.
- Share insights with our product & growth teams: whats working, what users are asking for, and where we can improve adoption.
Who You Are:
- Someone who enjoys making systems run smoothly but also loves talking to people.
- Detail-oriented (you notice when a number is off in a Sheet).
- Curious about influencer marketing, startups, and platform growth.
- Communicates well in English & Hindi and can comfortably get on calls with marketers.
- Tech-comfortable: you can pick up Retool, Google Sheets workflows, and platform tools quickly.
