- Have at least 1 year of experience as a psychologist.

- Are willing to work full-time from our office (in-office/fieldwork only; no remote options).

- Possess an inclination towards new-age AI tools and technology.

We're looking for an AI-driven psychologist to join our team and help us develop and implement our #positivity educational programs. Though previously the response for this ad was phenomenal, as we wanted orientation towards business and management, we were unable to respond to many psychologists.

**This is a full-time, in-office position. We do not offer remote work options.**

**In this role, you will:**

- Work with our team to develop and implement educational programs that are both effective and engaging, leveraging the latest AI tools.

- Use AI-driven insights and technology to enhance assessment, curriculum, and training delivery.

- Employ your business development skills to identify and secure partnerships with schools globally.

- Use social media by yourself and through freelancers to promote our programs and reach a wider audience.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in education, technology, psychology, and artificial intelligence.

- Contribute to the development of management strategies for the team.

**We're looking for someone with the following qualifications:**

- Master's degree in psychology.

- 1 or 2 or more years of experience in education or business development.

- Strong exposure to, and proficiency with, AI tools relevant to psychology and education (assessment, content creation, analytics, automation, etc.).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for education and making a difference in the world.

- Orientation towards management roles.

- Capability to deliver training programs.
