Job Title: AI-Driven Educational Psychologist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop and implement engaging educational programs using psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions.
  • Business Growth: Lead business growth by forging new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally.
  • Enrollment Management: Actively participate in and manage enrollment processes—handle student and school lead conversion, coordinate with internal counselors, and run campaigns.
  • AI and Analytics: Employ AI technology and analytics to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Social Media and Outreach: Utilize social media personally and via freelancers to promote programs, expanding organizational reach.
  • Professional Development: Continuously update knowledge on advances in education, psychology, and AI to keep offerings ahead of the curve.
  • Team Leadership: Contribute to management strategies and provide training to the team on using new-age AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Psychology (required)
  • 1–2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education/business development/EdTech
  • Strong orientation towards business growth and enrollment management
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities
  • Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver training
