Occupancy Planner

What this job involves: As an Occupancy Planner at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. What your day-to-day will look like:

- Analyze current space utilization and develop data-driven occupancy strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement space plans.
- Conduct regular occupancy audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage space allocation requests and coordinate moves, adds, and changes.
- Develop and maintain occupancy reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in space utilization.
- Ensure compliance with workplace standards and regulations.

Work Schedule:

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

- Master's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, IFMA).
- Experience with BIM software and technologies.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in workplace design.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
- Experience in a global corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in space planning and utilization.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in occupancy planning or related role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and space management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of workplace trends and best practices in space utilization.
