Occupancy Planning Executive
Work Dynamics

**What this job involves**:
To manage the supply, capacity, and demand of portfolio of space in India Sites.

In this role, you’ll show your mettle as you find ways to uphold excellence and high standards in our Occupancy planning programs and conservation practices. You will also work on Density, Neighbourhood / Zoning /Mobility/ Re stacks, etc. Delivering complete and accurate Occupancy planning management reports is another requirement that you must meet consistently.

You will be responsible for Space assignment, Tracking & Reporting, and Business move/coordination.

Space Assignments.
Allocate or reallocate individual space assignments based on validated business need
Determine zones or neighborhoods based on the seat-sharing ratio for mobile workers
Participates in Audits (including seat assignments, occupancy, and vacancy and support spaces).
Coordinator for moves and relocation projects.
Serve as the client’s single point of contact for daily operational occupancy requests (New Hires, exits, and changes) and determine the appropriate solutions to address client requests.

Tracking and reporting
Track, monitor, and report on space requests
MIS / Reports
Monthly Reports on Inventory and Occupancy

Project Move - Coordination
Coordinate for the project moves during BU re-org, based on additional seat requirement, building/floor exit
