Job Description Location: Remote/Hybrid Duration: Minimum 6 months Stipend: 5,000/month Start Date: Immediate About the Influencer: Join the team behind one of India's most recognizable sports influencers famous for his tri-coloured beard and undying support for Indian sports teams across tournaments. With regular appearances on national news, live sports events, and exclusive access to backstage experiences, the influencer holds a powerful and authentic presence in the Indian sports fandom space. Role Overview: We're looking for a dynamic Sponsorship & Brand Collaborations Intern who can help monetize the influencer's brand through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and brand deals. From building high-impact sponsorship decks to pitching and negotiating with brands for in-kind or paid collaborations, you'll be at the forefront of brand growth and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators aligned with the influencer's values and audience - Create compelling sponsorship and collaboration decks tailored to specific opportunities - Reach out to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers to pitch collaboration ideas - Handle negotiations, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for confirmed partnerships - Coordinate with internal content/social teams to execute sponsor requirements smoothly - Track and report on outreach efforts, responses, ongoing conversations, and closed deals - Brainstorm creative pitch ideas that add value for brands while staying true to the influencer's voice Requirements: - Strong communication and persuasion skills (both written & verbal) - Basic knowledge of brand marketing, influencer campaigns, and sponsorship models - Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint/Canva for deck creation - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills - Prior internship experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing is a plus - Passion for sports and understanding of fan-driven content is a bonus Perks: - Work closely with an influencer who has backstage access to India's biggest sporting events - Real-world experience in client-facing and revenue-generating activities - Internship certificate & recommendation letter on successful completion - Opportunity to contribute directly to the influencer's brand growth and visibility
