With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes. Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital. Designation - Performance Marketing Manager About the Role:- We are currently hiring a Performance Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and optimization will be pivotal in driving growth and maximizing ROI across all channels. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Role & Responsibilities:- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs) Required Skills:- 4 - 5 years of experience in managing performance campaigns Strong data analytical skills Hands on experience with lead generation campaigns is must Knowledge of Google AdWords, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and third party affiliates such as Taboola, Agdebra is must.
