Role Technical WriterTitle Senior Associate Documentation TrainingLocation BangaloreAbout CirclesFounded in 2014 Circles is a global technology company reimagining the telco industry with its SaaS platform - Circles X helping telco operators launch and operate successful digital brands through its offerings Having pioneered a successful blueprint for disrupting the telco space in Singapore Circles has since launched its own digital telco Circles Life in Singapore Taiwan and Australia Circles has also partnered with other telco operators to launch digital services enabling our partners to accelerate growth and capture market share within a short period of time Today Circles is partnering with operators in 14 countries to deliver delightful digital experiences to millions of people through our businesses We are backed by global investors such as Sequoia Warburg Pincus EDBI and Founders Fund - renowned backers of industry-shaking innovators Do you want to get first-hand insights on how a hyper-growth company operatesAre you interested in being part of a fun energetic team that thrives in an entrepreneurial tech environmentIf the answer is YES read on to find out more about the role at Circles Life We have an opening for a Technical Writer who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure in a hyper-growth environment in Bangalore India About This RoleAs our Technical Writer for Product you will be at the intersection of product technology and business You will be responsible for creating enterprise-grade documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders on the functions of our product suite Job ResponsibilitiesWriting Research by accessing knowledge databases and interviewing product technology experts Create and maintain awesome-quality technical and product documentation consisting of various content formats text images videos and ensuring that it is consistently accessible and available to Circles Life audiences - internal and external Work closely with engineering product and support teams to ensure the quality discoverability and accuracy of the content you create develop and maintain Work closely with design teams to prepare layout of the technical product manual Training With a deep Understanding of product knowledge design and develop training collaterals for the consumers of software product on how it works Create multimedia Slides Videos Infographics etc training nuggets for the various stakeholders What are we looking for 2 years experience in technical documentation in the software domain Must have excellent command over the English language Able to understand operational workflows product functionality and technical concepts and translate them into easy to comprehend stories creatively Must be well equipped to break down complex concepts and technical functionality into high quality engaging videos must be well-versed with video editing Must have impeccable writing skills with respect to grammar punctuation and sentence structure Detail oriented and accurate in writing to produce error-free content Proactive and experienced in working with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Efficiently and seamlessly collaborate with remote teams Must be able to produce at least two samples each of previously created video and technical writing content Good to have Qualifications Experience in working with SaaS products Experience in working in an agile environment Preferably having knowledge of Cloud Service Providers like GCP Azure AWS Having good knowledge of GitLab Well conversant with understanding code written in programming languages such as javascript Python etc Experience in reading understanding api request-responses Circles is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race national origin gender disability or age To all recruitment agencies Circles will only acknowledge resumes from agencies specifically retained for the role We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews
