Technical Writer

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create content that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical users.
Your documentation will play a vital role in enabling our customers to understand, implement, and get the most out of our Saa S platform.
Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and update clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, and support) to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Write and organize content that simplifies complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work with engineers to understand new features and products, ensuring that documentation is aligned with the latest platform capabilities.
Develop and maintain style guides and documentation standards to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.
Review and edit technical content created by other team members to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
Continuously improve the documentation process by suggesting and implementing best practices.
Participate in feedback cycles with customers and internal teams to understand their documentation needs and continuously enhance the user experience.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date with the latest product versions and features.
Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a technical writer, with a focus on cloud technology or Saa S companies.
Proven experience writing technical documentation for cloud-based software/ APIs, and developer tools.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce error-free, well-structured documentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Git Hub, and Markdown.
Experience with agile software development and working in cross-functional team.
