Panzer Technologies is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving growth by fostering strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by the company.
- Identify and engage new clients through direct outreach, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Suggest upgrades or additional services that align with client needs.
- Prepare compelling business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate effectively with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide staff with essential technical and social skills to enhance overall sales performance.
- Implement client feedback to improve products and services.
- Stay updated with market trends to ensure relevance in offerings.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 01 year
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM3:30 AM (Night Shift)
Mode of Work: Work from Office
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. or MBA/PGDM in any specialization preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client management abilities.
