Welcome to Frontline Managed Services - where innovation technology and efficiency converge to redefine the landscape of IT Financial and Administrative Managed Services for legal and professional service firms As pioneers in the industry we are driven by a relentless commitment to excellence Join Our Team and Be a Catalyst for Change We don t just follow industry standards we set them Our dynamic environment thrives on pushing boundaries and embracing challenges We are more than a workplace we are a community of forward-thinkers dedicated to shaping the future Position Overview Are you a strategic recruiter who thrives in high growth environments Do you excel at building exceptional candidate experiences while aligning recruitment strategies with business goals We re looking for a Recruiter who will be pivotal in attracting engaging and hiring top-tier talent across diverse functions for our India operations In this role you will leverage your expertise in sourcing candidate assessment and stakeholder collaboration to deliver hiring results You will play a key role in shaping our talent landscape championing our employer brand and driving innovative recruitment practices If you re passionate about people process improvement and influencing business success through great hires this is the opportunity for you Working Hours - Monday - Friday 12 00pm - 9 00pm IST Work Location - In Office - Penha de Franc Goa 403521 India What You ll Do Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards Social Media colleges etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools methods to filter candidates Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process including - Participate in staffing planning discussions defining new requisitions screening sourced and submitted resumes coordinating the interview process negotiating offers and partnering with HR in on-boarding process Partner directly with hiring managers and outside staffing agencies maintaining consistent communication and updates as a liaison between all parties Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote Frontline Managed Services reputation and value proposition What You Bring Bachelor s degree Advanced degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in professional talent recruiting Excellent command of the English language - Written and verbal Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust Working knowledge of modern applicant tracking greenhouse jobvite trackstar bamboo etc and HRIS systems Paylocity workday Paycor UKG etc interview techniques and applicant screening methods Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Deep understanding of India employment laws and regulations Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues linkedIn Recruiter Naukri Indeed etc and alternative talent pool generation skills Not Sure You Meet Every Requirement We know that great candidates may not match every qualification listed If you re excited about the role and believe you could be a strong fit we encourage you to apply We value potential and a growth mindset as much as experience Join Us At Frontline Managed Services we celebrate different backgrounds experiences and perspectives We are committed to building a team that reflects the clients and communities we serve
