Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate (Voice - USA) to join our team. The candidate should be fluent in English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into sales or appointments. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
Handle incoming customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Explain products or services to potential customers.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up system.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or similar role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Engish
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in calling situations.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
