Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnership Management
Identify and Onboard Partners: Research and identify potential B2B partners, such as education agencies, coaching centers, and specializing in study abroad and MBBS programs.
Negotiate Agreements: Establish, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements that align with company goals.
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and they are well-supported.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new accounts and expand our existing partner network.
Lead Generation: Implement and manage strategies for lead generation through the B2B channel, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified student leads.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of partners, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
Operations & Support
Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training to partners on our services, including the application process, admission requirements, and visa procedures for various countries.
Information Dissemination: Ensure partners are consistently updated on university policies, scholarship opportunities, and program changes, particularly for MBBS programs.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track partner interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and analyze performance data to inform strategy.
Compliance: Ensure all B2B operations and partner activities comply with company policies and international education regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role within the overseas education, ed-tech, or a related sector. Experience with MBBS abroad programs is a significant plus.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be able to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the international admissions process, including documentation, visa procedures, and the specific requirements for medical programs.
Soft Skills: A self-starter with a target-driven mindset. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, a client-centric approach, and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of partners.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, leading a team of B2B sales professionals.
Existing network of education agents or consultants.
Knowledge of specific international markets for medical education (e.g., Eastern Europe, Russia, Philippines, etc.).
Ability to travel frequently to meet with partners and attend industry events.
