Position: Python Technical Lead(Remote) Experience: 5+ years Salary: Up to ₹30 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 1 or 2 months We are looking for a seasoned Python Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in backend development using Django and a solid understanding of system design (HLD & LLD). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asynchronous operations, SQL, ElasticSearch, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ/Redis. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Python and Django. - Create and document High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for system architecture and modules. - Design and implement asynchronous operations to improve system performance. - Work extensively with SQL databases and ElasticSearch for efficient data handling. - Implement robust messaging systems using RabbitMQ or Redis. - Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit testing and code reviews. - Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex technical challenges. - Collaborate on open-source projects and contribute to technical discussions.
