The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asynchronous operations, SQL, ElasticSearch, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ/Redis.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Python and Django.- Create and document High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for system architecture and modules.- Design and implement asynchronous operations to improve system performance.- Work extensively with SQL databases and ElasticSearch for efficient data handling.- Implement robust messaging systems using RabbitMQ or Redis.- Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit testing and code reviews.- Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex technical challenges.- Collaborate on open-source projects and contribute to technical discussions.Requirements:- 5+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.- Proven expertise in Django and asynchronous programming.- Strong proficiency in system design (HLD & LLD).- Excellent knowledge of DSA and problem-solving skills.- Experience with
