Measures of Success: - Achievement of sales targets and other parameters such as retention. - Activation of advisors monthly. Qualifications: - Any Graduate/Post Graduate. Skills Required: - Sound knowledge of IRDAI regulations. - Good communication skills. - Good understanding of underwriting and operation processes. - Strong training and motivation capacity.
