This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly coordinate betweeninventory, sales, and customer supportto ensure smooth operations. The position also involves contributing tobusiness developmentfor our key product lines in safety. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, an eye for detail, and the drive to eventually grow into aUnit Headrole. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate between inventory, sales, and customer support to ensure: - Shipments are dispatched on time. - Products are ordered and stocked without delays. - Monitor stock levels and liaise with logistics to prevent bottlenecks. - Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers using advancedExcel skills. - Handle day-to-day communication with internal teams and customers. - Supportbusiness development initiativesfor Safety products. - Work with cross-functional teams, often managing situations with colleagues of diverse personalities and seniority levels. - Contribute to process improvements and ensure a culture of accountability and performance. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experiencein inside sales, coordination, or a similar role. - Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal as its a completely client facing role. Good speaking skills in Hindi also preferred. - Advanced proficiency inMS Exceland familiarity with MS Office tools. - Strong interpersonal skills able to manage relationships with colleagues and customers effectively. - Ambition to grow into a leadership rolewith increasing responsibilities. - Must have been exposed to a competitive, high-performance environment. - Resilient, self-driven, and comfortable working with teams to get things done What We Offer - A challenging, dynamic role with opportunities to grow into aUnit Head position. - A culture that rewards initiative, ownership, and results.
