Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Associate Manager Sales to drive business growth across North India. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in polymers, plastics, or chemical products, with proven ability to manage key accounts, conduct product trials, and foster long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities. - Manage existing accounts and implement cross-selling strategies. - Coordinate customer product trials and ensure successful outcomes. - Engage with key stakeholders procurement, plant, and R&D teams. - Introduce new products and drive demand creation. - Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market dynamics. - Provide regular sales forecasts and insights to management. Desired Skills & Background: - Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (CIPET) / MBA Marketing - Minimum 5 years experience in Polymers / PVC / CPVC / Chemicals / Plastic Machinery - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
