We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our MD The most important requirement for this role is EXCEPTIONAL FOLLOW-UP SKILLS as the successful candidate must be able to ensure tasks and assignments are completed on time without fail Along with this the candidate will handle both professional and personal tasks for the MD Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the MD including managing schedules and communications Ensure timely follow-up on all tasks and assignments Coordinate office activities and handle personal tasks as needed Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to senior leadership or an office coordinator with administrative experience Graduate from a secretarial college Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word Excellent English communication skills Proficient in shorthand Additional Requirements Job stability and honesty are essential Should live within 45 minutes travel time from the office Require a Executive Assistants Location- Surat Experience-3-5 years Preferred - Female
