Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - ServiceNow Developer

In this role your primary responsibility is to Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather business requirements related to the ITSM module and HAM pro module in ServiceNow. Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.

Responsibilities

. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness to ensure approved defect free implementation.

. Work closely with the ServiceNow development team to ensure the successful implementation of business requirements.

. Designing advanced ServiceNow Portal/Catalog/Enhancement to enable greater usability of ServiceNow by end users.

. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solution meets the defined requirements.

. Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in ServiceNow and IT service management.

. Design and develop AI models and algorithms to meet business needs, leveraging ServiceNow Gen AI capabilities.

. Collaborate with developers and data scientists to integrate AI solutions with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability.

. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies, specifically related to ServiceNow Gen AI, and make recommendations for their implementation.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

. IT Graduate

. Relevant experience of development experience on any modules of ServiceNow, custom applications and on Service Portal.

. Good platform knowledge Core ITSM module, HAM Pro module, Automation & Integrations

. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.

. ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

. Must have in-depth hands-on experience developing scoped and service Portal apps using Appe engine studio.

. Should have experience designing and architecting the business applications on ServiceNow platform.

. Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaborative skills.
