Job Description Job Requirements Job Description Technical Lead Position Title: Senior Lead Engineer Department: Engineering Services Location: Bangalore Reports To: Project Manager Key Responsibilities - Technically lead the team in maintaining, reviewing, and updating non-conformance documentation for aero engines. - Ensure compliance with Airworthiness authorities (FAA, EASA, DGCA, etc.) and customer requirements. - Provide technical guidance on engine maintenance deviations, concessions, and departures. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality teams to validate and resolve non-conformance documentation. - Develop and implement best practices for data integrity, structured authoring and process compliance. - Support audit readiness (TR Maturity Audit) and customer queries related to non-conformance documentation. - Train, mentor, and support team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in process efficiency and documentation quality. Qualifications Work Experience Required - Bachelor's degree in Aerospace / Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent). - 7+ years of experience in aerospace technical documentation, departure records, or repairs on aero engine parts. - Strong understanding of jet engine systems, maintenance, and repair processes. - Familiarity with aviation airworthiness requirements, regulatory compliance, and technical publications standards. - Proven leadership skills with experience guiding small to medium-sized technical teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to interact across global teams.
