Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client sites to understand project requirements, assess technical needs, and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, sales) to deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on technical proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional sales growth.
- Provide post-sales support including installation guidance, training, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field environment.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with B2B sales in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with CAD drawings, technical schematics, or product design.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Knowledge of local industry regulations and standards.
