Key Responsibilities

- Drive New Business Growth: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across India, with a strong emphasis on customers in the IPC, industrial electronics, and embedded systems sectors.
- Strategic Account Development: Target and engage key decision-makers at OEMs, ODMs, system integrators (SIs), and industrial distributors to build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to shape data-driven sales strategies and provide actionable insights to management.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish, strengthen, and expand high-value client relationships through consistent follow-up, customized solutions, and strategic account nurturing to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the India market and HQ/regional teams to ensure alignment on pricing, supply chain coordination, product roadmap, and project execution.
- Sales Execution & Market Penetration: Deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined sales planning, opportunity management, and continuous efforts to increase market share.
- Brand Advocacy & Networking: Represent ADATA at key industry conferences, meetings, and events to enhance brand presence, identify partnership opportunities, and stay ahead of market trends.

Location:

- India, one in Noida / one in Pune

Candidate Profile / Requirements

- Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of solid experience in business development, technical sales, or strategic account management.
- Proven track record in Industrial PC (IPC), semiconductors, embedded systems, or industrial electronics industries is highly preferred.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or Business-related fields. Candidates with strong technical understanding of industrial applications will be prioritized.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written.
- Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regional Indian languages is a plus.

Core Competencies:

- Strong capabilities in client engagement, needs analysis, solution selling, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market dynamics, identify strategic opportunities, and execute growth-oriented plans.
- High level of self-motivation, ownership, and accountability.

Mobility:

- Must be willing and able to travel across India as required to meet clients, attend events, and drive project execution.
