Job Description About BatteryPool BatteryPool is building India's battery distribution and monetization platform, making EV ownership affordable and flexible for commercial 2- and 3-wheelers. We provide batteries on rent, swap, or lease-to-own plans that drivers can pay for daily or weekly just like prepaid mobile plans. Role: Demand Manager 3W Battery Sales / Lease-to-Own (Jaipur) We're looking for a driven and hands-on Demand Manager to lead sales and driver onboarding for our e-rickshaw battery program in Jaipur. You'll build partnerships with dealers and financiers, generate leads, close sales, and ensure strong repayment performance from drivers. What You'll Do - Drive adoption of BatteryPool's battery sale and lease-to-own plans among e-rickshaw drivers. - Build and manage local relationships with dealers, financiers, and driver communities. - Conduct on-ground marketing and activations depot visits, driver meetings, and local tie-ups. - Manage the entire driver onboarding journey (lead documentation delivery training). - Work with collections and ops teams to ensure timely payments and customer satisfaction. - Track sales funnel metrics, conversions, and repayment performance for your city. What We're Looking For - 35 years of on-ground B2C or channel sales experience EVs, auto finance, micro-lending, or FMCG preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with drivers and partners. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field. - Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate. - Basic tech comfort (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
