Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder Agentic AI Recommendation UX and Marketing at EMPATHY AI. The role is based in Rajarhat, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Co-Founder Agentic AI, you will be responsible for leading the development of AI-based recommendation systems, driving user experience (UX) enhancements, overseeing marketing efforts, and conducting in-depth research. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions and effectively communicate insights and strategies to boost sales and marketing initiatives. Qualifications - Strong Business Development Skills - Exceptional Communication skills - Experience in Sales and Marketing - Proven experience in leading client management and lead generation - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment - Background in user experience (UX) design and development - Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
