Job Description Responsibilities: - End-to-End Business Analysis: Lead and execute end-to-end business analysis activities for Salesforce implementations, covering the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support. - Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders for Salesforce solutions, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives. - LOS Expertise: Apply mandatory experience in LOS (Loan Origination System) to deeply understand and translate specific business needs within the lending domain into Salesforce capabilities. - Solution Design & Configuration: Collaborate with technical teams to design optimal Salesforce solutions, contributing to configuration discussions and ensuring that proposed solutions meet documented requirements. - Process Mapping & Optimization: Map current as-is business processes and design future to-be processes within Salesforce, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization. - Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring mutual understanding throughout the project. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Prepare UAT plans and scripts, and support business users during User Acceptance Testing, ensuring that the delivered solution meets their expectations. - Training & Documentation: Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users, as well as preparing comprehensive user documentation. - Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and help resolve issues and defects during the development and testing phases, ensuring a high-quality end product. Required Skills: - Strong experience on Salesforce platform. - Proven capability as an end-to-end Business Analyst. - LOS (Loan Origination System) experience is mandatory. - Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills. - Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. - Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Familiarity with Salesforce configuration capabilities.
