Job Summary Revuteck is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Thane, Mumbai . The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, designing and configuring Salesforce solutions, and managing projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ , along with experience in Agile methodologies and integration with enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements . Design scalable Salesforce solutions including workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules. Manage Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, planning, execution, and testing . Develop and maintain Salesforce solution documentation , including process flows, data models, and technical specifications. Ensure CRM best practices are followed to align with the businesss overall strategy. Define a requirements management strategy , including elicitation processes, documentation standards, and review procedures. Participate in Agile Scrum processes , backlog grooming, and sprint planning. Assist the Product Owner in defining priorities and selecting scope for upcoming releases. Ensure all project requirements are within the Statement of Work (SOW) and communicate any scope changes. Work with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce integrations with other enterprise applications . Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of Salesforce solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field . 4-5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst . Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ . Experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, gap analysis, and solution design . Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, declarative automation, and custom workflows . Knowledge of data migration tools, APIs, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Data Loader, and ETL tools. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps) and project management tools like Jira and Confluence . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders . Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst Certification is a plus.
