Mangal Keshav Financial Services LLP — a SEBI-registered stockbroker established in 1939 is embarking on an ambitious expansion into the Middle East's alternative investments ecosystem. Leveraging over eight decades of market experience, we are launching a fund in Dubai, to bridge high-growth Indian enterprises with capital from HNIs and Family Offices in the region.

To spearhead this initiative, we are seeking an entrepreneurial leader for the position of Director – Capital Raising & Strategic Alliances (India & Middle East). This role is for professionals with deep networks across investor circles and financial intermediaries who are passionate about building a venture from the ground up.

As a core member of our capital-raising and business development team, you will:

Identify and engage with companies (established & start-ups) in need of Private Equity, Debt Funding, and Pre-IPO Placements.

- Build strategic relationships with investors in the Middle East and act as a bridge between Indian enterprises and global capital.
- Develop partnerships with merchant bankers, investment bankers, and financial institutions for co-investment opportunities.
- Leverage existing networks and continuously expand relationships with HNIs, Ultra HNIs, Family Offices, and institutional investors.

If you are highly networked in either India or the Middle East, with a passion for capital syndication and an entrepreneurial mindset, we would be keen to build a complementary team around your strengths. This is a profit-sharing, leadership role in the fund.

Qualification parameters:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, private equity, or wealth management.
- Demonstrated track record of capital syndication and investor relations with HNIs, and Family Offices.
- Relations within Indian Merchant Banking and Investment Banking ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of fundraising instruments – equity, debt, structured finance, private placements, and pre-IPO deals.
- Proven ability to source "insider" industry intelligence and convert it into actionable investment leads.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to work on a profit-sharing.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to represent the firm at CXO & Boardroom levels.
