About the Role and Requirement: - Experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. - Experience with capex project finance and vendor management. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficient in financial systems, SAP software, and MS Office tools. - Manage day-to-day financial activities of the plant ensuring seamless operations and adherence to internal processes. - Drive cost efficiency initiatives by controlling expenses, optimizing resources, and improving financial processes. - Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with company standards and statutory requirements. - Contribute actively to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by analyzing budgets vs actual spends and recommending cost optimization strategies. - Ensure timely processing and payment of accounts. - Assist in compiling financial support documents required for audits, financial reporting, and management decisions. Experience: - 05yrs to 15yrs relevant experience Qualification: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional finance qualification. Location: On-Site: - Dholera, Gujarat
