Tata Electronics is committed to creating a socioeconomic footprint by employing many women in its workforce and actively supporting local communities through initiatives in environment, education, healthcare, sports and livelihood.About the Role and Requirement:- Experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.- Experience with capex project finance and vendor management.- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Proficient in financial systems, SAP software, and MS Office tools.- Manage day-to-day financial activities of the plant ensuring seamless operations and adherence to internal processes.- Drive cost efficiency initiatives by controlling expenses, optimizing resources, and improving financial processes.- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with company standards and statutory requirements.- Contribute actively to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by analyzing budgets vs actual spends and recommending cost optimization strategies.- Ensure timely processing and
