Tata Electronics is committed to creating a socioeconomic footprint by employing many women in its workforce and actively supporting local communities through initiatives in environment, education, healthcare, sports and livelihood.About the Role and Requirement:Experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.Experience with capex project finance and vendor management.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in financial systems, SAP software, and MS Office tools.Manage day-to-day financial activities of the plant ensuring seamless operations and adherence to internal processes.Drive cost efficiency initiatives by controlling expenses, optimizing resources, and improving financial processes.Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with company standards and statutory requirements.Contribute actively to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by analyzing budgets vs actual spends and recommending cost optimization strategies.Ensure timely processing and payment of accounts.Assist in compiling financial support documents required for audits, financial reporting, and management decisions.Experience: 05yrs to 15yrs relevant experienceQualification:Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional finance qualification.Location: On-Site:Dholera, Gujarat
