3 Days Left Senior Flutter Developer

This position is ON-SITE Working in the office 5 days / week.

We are looking for a Senior flutter Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for candidates passionate about mobile app development using Flutter and native technologies.

You will make significant contributions to the mobile payments industry by bringing engineering excellence in innovating new features and functions in customer centric applications.

You will analyse product requirements, design implementations, and participate in integration testing.

You will be part of a very innovative, dedicated, and high-performance team and need to match their level of excellence and diligence in delivering world-class banking applications.

Role specific responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive UIs and custom components to support dynamic features like QR code scanning, transaction flows, and push notifications.
- Integrate mobile apps with backend RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient communication.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to define, develop, and deploy features in alignment with business goals.
- Optimize app performance for low-latency, high-availability, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, bug fixes, and application maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation including API integration guides, app flow diagrams, and release notes.
- Ensure security standards are adhered to—particularly around payment data, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4–8 years of professional mobile app development experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience building custom widgets and animations in Flutter.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, handling JSON, and managing state (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- Experience with camera, QR code scanning, and other native device features.
- Good knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C) is a plus.
- Exposure to Firebase (Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Remote Config, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile, deployment to App Store/Play Store, and OTA updates.
- Strong grasp of mobile app architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM), and clean code principles.
- Experience with fintech, payments, banking, or wallet-based applications is highly preferred.
- Passion for building scalable and high-performance mobile applications.

Qualifications & experience:

Educational Qualification:

- BE/BTech/MCA/MSc degree is required.
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in mobile app development.
