We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer in Mumbai (Kurla) for a fast-growing FinTech company focused on building innovative digital experiences. Who can help us build high-quality, scalable, and responsive cross-platform : - Lead the design and development of advanced mobile applications using Flutter.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define app features and requirements.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code.- Integrate third-party APIs and libraries.- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices.- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and Flutter ecosystem.Requirements : - 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2-3 years working with Flutter.- Strong understanding of the Flutter framework, Dart language, and mobile app architecture.- Experience in building and deploying apps for both iOS and Android.- Proficient in using state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.- Familiar with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and cloud-based technologies.- Solid understanding of app security, offline storage, and performance optimization.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Good to Have : - Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.- Knowledge of backend services (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Firebase Functions).- Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello.- Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or packages.
