We are looking for an ambitious and competent Finance & Accounts Executive as part of our Finance Team at our regional office at Navi Mumbai, India. We are looking for a person with at least one year of experience in the similar job. Your responsibilities include: Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase/Expense, Payment, Receipts, Purchase Order etc. Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner as required by auditors. Working knowledge on GST e-invoicing, calculation, payment, return filing and reconciliation. Knowledge of GST E-Way bills. Working knowledge on TDS calculation, payment and return filing. Managing Accounts Payables & Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny. Addressing clients and vendor queries on GST/TDS/Payments. Good knowledge of Tally Knowledge of foreign remittances, customs and import procedures will be an added advantage. Coordination with banks for operations/credit facility/documentation, etc. Visits to bank or any government department, if required. Any other adhoc tasks, as assigned. MAIN EXTERNAL CONTACTS / COLLABORATION Maintain close liaison with the Banks/Government Authorities like GST, Customs etc LIPL production team regarding the booking of expenses Probable vendors and service providers within India SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Finance /Accounts Financing and Accounting practices followed in India. PERSONAL QUALITIES / BEHAVIOR Demonstrated drive with excellent collaboration skills Ability to influence as well as strong networking skills Good analytical, presentation and negotiation skills open-minded about learning new skills, the right attitude for our global sales team. Fluent in spoken and written English Problem solver with a strong focus on integrity and compliance. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
