About Us

Funding Bazaar is a Corporate Aggregator of Banks & NBFCs specializing in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and Overdrafts. We work with leading banks and NBFCs to provide customers with the best loan offers at competitive rates.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Calling Profile) who will be responsible for connecting with hot leads (interested customers), understanding their loan requirements, and guiding them through the process to apply for Home Loans / LAP through Funding Bazaar.

This is a target-oriented role focused on relationship building, convincing customers, and collecting documents for loan login.

Key Responsibilities

- Call on hot and warm leads provided by Funding Bazaar (no cold calling required).
- Understand customer requirements for Home Loan / Loan Against Property.
- Explain our process, benefits, and offers clearly and professionally.
- Convince and convert leads into applications.
- Collect required documents (physical or digital) from customers for login.
- Coordinate with credit / operations team to ensure smooth file processing.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up details, and update CRM / MIS.
- Achieve monthly conversion and login targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 02 years in tele-sales / calling profile (Freshers welcome if good in communication).
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English regional languages are a plus).
- Good convincing power and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Home Loan / LAP process will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
