Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and sell our courier and shipping services by building strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers. Understand client needs and suggest suitable logistics solutions. 2. Sales Presentations & Proposal Preparation Present company services and solutions to potential clients effectively. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing presentations based on customer requirements. Highlight competitive advantages and service benefits to maximize conversions. 3. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and delivery timelines with clients. Ensure mutually beneficial terms while maintaining company profitability. Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. 4. Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and escalations. Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing service-related issues promptly. Regularly update clients on new offers, service enhancements, and company policies. 5. Coordination with Internal Teams Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Share client requirements and coordinate schedules to meet agreed timelines. Provide feedback from customers to improve service quality and efficiency. 6. Market Analysis & Reporting Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth areas. Track customer preferences and provide insights to the management team. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Required Skills and Competencies Technical Skills Knowledge of courier, cargo, logistics, and shipping services. Familiarity with CRM software, lead management tools, and MS Office applications.
