As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence and engagement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with strong agency or brand-side experience to manage multiple D2C and lifestyle campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, content creativity, and execution excellence across platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging, trend-led content strategies and driving impactful campaigns to strengthen The Artarium's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Manage 810 brand campaigns concurrently with ownership of strategy and performance.
- Content Creation & Management
- Build reels-first, trend-driven content ideas and oversee influencer/creator collaborations.
- Curate and publish high-quality posts (images, reels, stories, graphics, and videos) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Snapchat.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and maintains premium aesthetics.
- Campaign Execution & Analytics
- Orchestrate cross-platform campaigns end-to-end.
- Manage scheduling/publishing through tools like Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout.
- Track performance using GA4, UTM insights, Meta Business Suite, and maintain ORM workflows.
- Generate performance reports with actionable growth insights (reach, engagement, shares, saves).
- Community Management
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and reviews to foster strong online engagement.
- Collaboration
- Work with design and copy teams to brief creatives and refine storytelling.
- Partner with performance marketing teams for paid-social amplification (Meta/YouTube Shorts).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 36 years of relevant experience in a digital agency or brand environment.
- Proven ability to manage multi-brand portfolios and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of reels-first content, trend mapping, and influencer partnerships.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ORM workflows.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, fashion, or home dcor categories preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing:
- Content calendars
- Reel scripts/storyboards
- Campaign case studies with measurable results

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience in basic paid-social coordination.
- Ability to review copy and guide creative direction.
