Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Gurgaon. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media profiles, developing and executing social media content strategies, creating compelling content, and analyzing social media metrics to measure performance. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the digital marketing team to align social media strategies with overarching marketing goals and ensure effective communication across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Expertise in Social Media Content Creation and general Marketing
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools
  • Proven track record of growing and maintaining social media presence for brands
  • Experience with graphic design and multimedia production is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
