We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your analytics career to the next level.

As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Focused Analytics Solutions Team, you will lead the design, build, and delivery of actionable and end-to-end analytical solutions spanning the analytical spectrum. This role is a mix of consulting, project management, user-centric product and experience design, and leadership across the development and implementation lifecycle for the respective data/analytics-driven products.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead teams of data scientists and analytics associates as the primary project lead or consult as the Design Thinking SME.
- Develop strategic, scalable solutions using design thinking practices and coach team members in user research, journey mapping, and service design.
- Guide project teams in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative analytical findings.
- Establish and manage relationships with internal clients and partners.
- Identify new project opportunities to expand our business pipeline.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent by fostering an environment of open communication.
- Lead internal FAST initiatives to set the strategic direction of FAST.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to convey complex information.
- 10+ years of industry experience in consulting, solution design, or business analytics roles.
- Experience with design thinking practices and product management principles.
- Consulting orientation with ability to influence and effectively lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading projects and coaching/mentoring early career talent.
- Self-starter with out-of-the-box problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills with ability to keep multiple projects on track.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Experience at a consulting firm.
- Experience working as a design thinking practitioner
- Deep understanding of the financial services or retail banking industry.
