Role: Founder’s Office Management Work directly with founders or leadership team in multi-dimensional projects to help build and grow the company. Responsibilities 1. Drive 0 to 1 initiatives closely with founders 2. Drive high impact projects such as performance improvement, retention enhancement, brand recall, NPS improvement, organizational initiatives, new category identification, etc. 3. Facilitate quick and effective decision making on key matters of the organization with data and analysis. 4. Own business measurements. 5. Monitor key business metrices, flag anomalies & disturbing trends, find actionable insights around growth, profitability or brand. 6. Conduct regular primary & secondary research to be able to take informed and insightful decisions 7. Drive (1) business, (2) project and (3) launch reviews with cross-functional teams Qualifications & Skills 1. Bachelors of Engineering / Science / Maths / Economics / Commerce from a premier institute 2. 2-4 yrs of experience, preferably in strategy, growth, consulting or investments. 3. Atleast 1 yr of startup operating or investment experience 4. Very strong analytical skills 5. Strong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mind 6. Strong customer orientation & interest in consumer internet 7. Ability to take charge in cross-functional projects 8. Thorough and organized 9.
