Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Accounts team under the CTC group. The ideal candidate will have up to one year of experience in Accounts, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the Accounts and Finance domain. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations, including customer invoicing and payment tracking. - Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer receipts and reconciliation of customer accounts. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. - Maintain proper documentation and support for receivables transactions. - Assist in the preparation of AR reports, aging analysis, and other MIS reports as required. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent. - Experience: 1 year of experience in Accounts / Finance domain. - Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts. - Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (preferred). - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - High level of commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail. - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the Accounts function. Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Location: Rushikonda Hill No: 2, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Work From Office)
