Company Description Innosolv Professional Solutions Private Limited (Innosolv Pro) is a professional services firm that has been providing end-to-end accounting, auditing, assurance, risk management, regulatory, and taxation services for over a decade. Our team boasts prior experience across various industry sectors with the Big 4 accounting firms. We serve a diverse clientele that includes both traditional and new-age companies. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closure. Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review financial statements, audit schedules, and supporting documentation. Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting. Support both internal and external audits, ensuring timely data submission and resolution of audit queries. Any other finance tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce is required. CA Inter or MBA in Finance preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance, preferably within the IT or services sector. Working knowledge of Net Suite ERP is strongly preferred; familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus. Strong grasp of accounting principles, compliance standards, and financial reporting frameworks. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
